your favorite music A to Z

consider this sort of a challenge...

list your favorite bands that start with each letter of the alphabet.
rules:

one band per letter
people can only be used "last name, first name"
no using "the" for "T", unless the band happens to be 'the the'
punctuation doesn't count, use the first letter after the punctuation.
for numbers use them as if you were spelling the number - example '311' would fit under "T"
the bands don't have to be your favorite bands ever, but if you can't come up with a real favorite, try to use an artist you've liked not just anyone.
if you really can't come up with something, leave it blank.

it was tough wasn't it?

weird how lots of good bands start with the same letters.

and even if there were 100 bands that started with Q i would have picked queen. my all time favorite band.
