This is US info only, obviously. And it is from the 1990 census, so it is pretty old. I doubt it has changed too much though.

My last name is ranked 6338 and my first is 18.

If you haven't looked, there is so much data on the census.gov site. You can get down to neighborhood make-up in terms of wealth, ethnicity, etc. I could spend hours on that site.
