Entourage 2008 features

I am not a techie but must be a reasonable user as I am finding the Entourage 2004 sadly lacking in features found in MS Office 2007. Basic features like: delivery and read receipt; deliver mail at set day/time; signature loading on all sent mail not just new mail. Do you know if the new 2008 release will have these features? Is there a feature list available anywhere? I have done a few searches but not found anything and I don't want to upgrade unless these basic features are available. Your assistance will be gratefully appreciated. Regards, Donna
