Boot Camp Issues with Windows Vista

I want to get rid of my Vista partition, but everytime I use Boot Camp assistant to restore to a single volume, it restarts and the Vista partition is still there. Can anyone help me PLEASE?

Mac Specs: MB White 160GB, 2GB RAM,

Try booting from the Mac OS CD and resize the partition.
