Big Problems Ripping

I have been ripping movies onto my hard drive for a while now, but I have run into big problems ripping The Last Samurai and The Return of the King. I am able to get all of these movies onto my computer except the last few chapters. Error message is the disk is dirty or scratched. Have tried several different copies of each movie. Have also tried several different programs(Mac the Ripper, DVDCopy,OSeX, Hades). I fear a new key may be needed to decrypt these new DVDs. I know no ripping program is infallible but this is frustrating.Help!
QUOTE Thanks
