parallels question

I want to install parallels on my macbook and all I have is windows xp sp1..............everyone keeps posting that I need sp2 but in the manual for parallels 3.0, its says I can use sp0, sp1, sp2. So which is right?

yeah you can use sp1, its only sp2 for bootcamp.

I ran Parallels all the way through the original release up v.2.5 with xp and sp1. I am now running Parallels v.3 with xp and sp2 so take your choice what you want.

Mac Pro Intel 2.66 - 4 Gigs Ram - 10.6.1 - 30" Apple Monitor
iMac 24" 2 gigs ram - MacBook Pro
