Im trying to get BC 1.3 to work on my 1st gen mac mini but whenever I try to open it it says "please update ROM firmware". I have the lastest SMC 1.0 Firm, but it still wont open

Any tips on how I can solve this...btw, Im trying to install Windows XP

i was under the assumption 1st gen mac mini's game with g4 processors? if so, you cannot run bootcamp on that, you need a computer with an intel processor...
