iSight issues in windows

So I'm in windows XP or Vista (the issue is the same in both) and when i look at the Windows Camera viewer, it looks fine. However, when I'm in MSN messenger, its all "zoomed in" as in, you can really only see my face.

Anyone else have these issues? everywhere else it works fine, leading me to believe its a MSN Messenger problem for sure, however there are no cam options there...
