Removing Parallels Desktop for Mac, how?

How do you do this? I think I just drag it to the trash but will this actually remove Vista and everything?

Mac Specs: MacBook 2.0GHz White, 512MB RAM, 60GB HDD

There is an uninstall utility included in the .dmg (or on the CD). There are additional instructions here: http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/faq/1/

Look in the section about if the installation fails, or just search for 'uninstall' in the page.
