VMware or Parallels for 3D apps?

Well i got a question.
I want to run a program on my mac (Zbrush 3) and i want to ask you what u think is better app for 3D applications? And why
Also i wanna ask you if u think is a good idea to run parallels/vmware with bootcamp?or is just better to run parallels/vmware without bootcamp?
