Can't connect Vista to Internet with Parallels 3.0

I have searched the forums and tried a few suggestions, but have not been able to get my Vista Ultimate connected to the internet while running under the new Parallels 3.0 beta for MAC.
The issue seems to be that the drivers for my Mac Mini's network adapter are not found. Even when I put the Vista Disk in when prompted, nothing is found.
