My wife is doing scrapbooks and has bought a papercutter from Pazzles

This one does not work with Mac, and the only way of getting it to work is probably by using an windows emulator.

Has anyone here done this already, or knows the best way of getting this thing to work on a iMac G5 ?

Your best option would be to try using Virtual PC.
