Right Alt Key on MacBook Keyboard?

Hi, I make frequent use of the right alt key in windows to switch between korean and english input but am unable to do this on my MacBook keyboard. Is there any software/firmware update i can download that will allow me to either create a key combination shortcut to replace the right alt key or turn the 2nd enter key into an alt key?

This works great when I am using Parallels, but any solution when running Windows in Boot Camp?
