Excuse me but I have installed boot camp and in order to start my macbook in os x I need to hold down the "option key". I know it may sound silly but I am a newbie and I don't know which button that is. Can anybody help please?
Thanks in advance.

Go to your System Preferences, near the bottom is something called Startup Disc. Open that up and select the OS X partition and you're done.
