ok is there any fan control program for my mbp c2d 15" when running in windows with boot camp?

not that i know of....im not sure how much control windows has over some of the hardware.

how are mac fans controled while in windows? Does windows do it or do they just run a certain speed?

I would give SpeedFan from almico.com a try, it works on a lot of systems, don't know about MacBook Pros though.
