can't erase files within bootcamp from osx

Whenever I start up bootcamp I get a bluescreen after downloading a windows xp keygen, so I've been trying to delete the corrupt files through osx but it says I cant remove the files because I dont have the "privilages". any suggestions?

1. You can't write/delete files on NTFS drives from OS X.
2. Keygenerators are illegal so we can't help you with this issue here anymore
