imac stuck on blue/gray screen after trying to install bootcamp

i tried to install bootcamp and when going through the windows install, it only saw the main hd, not the partition i made. i quit the windows installer and now its stuck on a blue/black screen.

i even tried to use the osx cd to boot from and hold down 'c' and still nothing.

is there a way i can get outta this or reformat another way???
