I am new to Mac computers and am trying to figure out the best web browser to use. I have OS 9 and am currently running internet explorer 5.0.X

There aren't many choices for OS 9, since it is pretty much obsolete.
IE for Mac, Netscape and iCab are pretty much the only ones worth using in OS 9.

Thanks. By the way, did alittle research on these and a few others. Most of the stuff I read said that icab was the best choice for this OS and IE5 is a close second.

You might find this Mozillazine thread of value. The bottom post refers to a version of Mozilla produced by WaMCom that was numbered 3.1. Being the Mozilla suite and like 2.1.1, it includes an email app. I run the WaMCom Mozilla and iCab in my OS 9 partition.
