Parallels doesn't support 3D acceleration at this point.
It's been said that they would have it in the next release, but according to what I've read it's a very tough thing to crack-- VMWare has been trying for a while and still no success. The issue is that only the primary OS can grab the 3D environment, leaving your Windows environment without. Cheap Date Show: Real people. Real food. Real date.
