I'm trying to install Band Camp, but when it starts to set up the partition, it keeps tell me to use Disk Utility to format as a single Mac OS Extended(Journaled) volume. I back up all my files using SuperDuper, and then I tried to use Disk Utility, but now I don't know how to use Disk Utility to forma as a single blah blah blah. . . . neye: Please help!!!!

I think you mean Boot Camp, not Band Camp. I'm not sure what partition resizing software is available, but this might be a start:

or you could use iPartition or similar, but that costs money.
