OS 10.3 - Classic Uninstall

I upgraded to OS 10.3 a while ago and I can't seem to figure out how to uninstall Classic 9. I try deleting it, but an error pops up saying that it is a system folder and I am unable to delete it. None of the programs I use require Classic and it is taking up a lot of space. Any suggestions?

In OSX, right click on the Classic System folder and change the ownership to you vice system, then apply to all enclosed items. Then try to delete it again.
