firmware update for bootcamp?

hello

when i downloaded the bootcamp assistant my computer said that i need to update the firmware, does anyone know how i go about doing that?

What Mac/OS do you have?

Mac OS X 10.4.7, and im obv using an intel mac since im considering boot camp

We still need to know what kind of Mac you have. Each computer has its own firmware upgrade. Here's the iMac one. If you need another one search Apple.com.
