Adding notes to an Entourage received message??

I'm wondering if anyone has a trick or if there's a script for adding notes to a received email message. I use Entourage 2004 on a g4, os 10.4.5. There's an add-on program for Apple's Mail application that I've seen and used. I find Entourage to work better for me.

So... any suggestions for a work-around if there isn't a script. There's a script for changing the subject of a received message which is very handy when people keep using the same email with the same subject but they're talking about something totally different.
