This is the first time in mac-forums

when I want setup windows 8

As best as I can determine from searching, this is a "problem" with pirated copies of Parallels. Of course, if you did not pirate it, then I suggest calling Parallels to get the assistance you are entitled to as part of your purchase.


Please verify and include the exact model/year of your Mac and OS X version number (available from "About This Mac", then "More Info" on the Apple menu).
