i just got an idea. What about Universal Universal. Apps that work on PCs (intel/amd) and MACs(power pc/intel).

Good idea or not....post your comments.

that would be pretty cool.. but I don't think it is easily done.. I mean they could put 2 versions of software on one disk but it would not be the same installer..

There was a plan for this...it was called "Yellow box for Windows" or "Cocoa for Windows" and it was supposed to be a companion to Mac OS X when it was first introduced.

Java does mostly the same thing, though, and was better supported. But it's slow.
