Tried downloading into windows7 and doing the "save as." I'm sure that I'm skipping a step somewhere. Just not sure where, Download the link, Click to open, and its a......... pain!

Finally got it working correctly. Thanks for everything and sorry it took so long to respond. And then i was told that we will no longer be using that format and switching to a more user friendly excel format. Oh well!!!
