Hi all,

I installed Boot Camp on a partition of my MacBook Pro sometime back in 2010. Now, I've just installed Parallels Desktop 6 & Windows 7. I was planning on deleting the Boot Camp partition to free up some 60GB of space for my Mac startup disk. Will this affect the virtual Windows 7? Apologies, I am new to Parallels.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

As long as you did not virtualize your Boot Camp partition with Parallels, you should have no problem removing it. Don't forget to use the Boot Camp Assistant to remove the partition. Removing it with Disk Utility can lead to problems.
