So, i've had some trouble (a lot of trouble) getting Wine applications to run. I have an ASUS n13 usb network adapter, and whenever I launch games that were supported for OS X through the Wine emulator, my internet drops and i get an error on the ASUS driver saying "device disconnected". Also, when i have tried to get just the application Wine installed on my computer, it doesn't recognize that i have it installed and i can't use any commands for it in Terminal.
About a year ago my motherboard started causing a lot of problems, including my HD crashing and that it can't recognize the airport card already inside the computer (i've tried replacing that), which is why i am stuck using a USB for internet.
If you need any more info or screenshots let me know.

I'm running a Mac Mini 2009, core 2 duo, 5 gb memory, os x snow leapard 10.6.8

Thanks in advance for any help!
