I am ditching my HP for a Macbook Air. My PC uses Word 2007 for all my documents and Outlook for Contacts, Calendar Email etc... How do I migrate all that stuff to my new Apple Product?

Either use the migration assistant in OSX or take the HP into an Apple store and let them do it for you

Migrating is the easy part... You're going to need to purchase Office 2011 or run Windows and Office 2007 on your new MBA in order to use Word and Outlook.
