I have an 2011 iMac running 10.6.8
I finished installing Windows 7 and when I am supposed to install the boot camp drivers the machine restarts and opens up into the Mac OSX. So it won't allow me to finish the install so I can boot up either system...any suggestions?

Did you follow the Boot Camp installation instructions and download the drivers from Apple and burn them to a disk? (That's required for the 2011 iMac, MBA, and MBP machines.)

Hold down the OPTION key when you reboot and choose Windows 7. Once booted to Windows 7, insert the disk you made and the drivers will be installed automatically.

I had remembered, yesterday, that I could hold down the option key and select windows. I then inserted my mac disk and finished the install. It all works fine. Thanks for the response.
