My MacBook thinks the OSX partition is MS-DOS.

I've got 2 partitions on my laptop. One of them (50GB) used to run XP, and last year I decided to re-format that side back to OSX. The problem occurred when my laptop died while Disk Utility was open, and when I rebooted, my computer thought the 200GB partition that uses OSX filesystem was using the MS-DOS filesystem. I never actually re-formatted that 200GB partition!

My kindergarten-explanation of the current situation is this:
Boot-man comes to open the front door of my computer.
The label on the door says FAT 32.
When he inserts the FAT 32 key, it doesn't fit, because it actually needs an OSX key.
The boot-man gives up because he doesn't know what to do next.

See the image attached for disk information.

What I need: To get the files off of the "Not Mounted" 200GB partition.

What I have:
A portable 1TB HD compatible with both filesystems.
A desktop that runs XP.
A 50GB partition on the messed-up laptop that currently runs OSX.
Another laptop that runs OSX.
A firewire converter cable that can connect those two MacBooks.
Toast Titanium, and lots of DVD-Rs.
