    Windoze 7 or xp pro?
    What do you guys reccomend id be using it purely for gaming and looking to get the 64bit.

    I use Windows 7 64 bit on my iMac, and it runs Starcraft 2 great!

    Pretty much all the new games and ofc Crysis for benchmark test ,

    Windows XP was released over 10 years ago and is getting few to no updates, so the only choice that makes sense if you're going to buy a copy of Windows is to get Windows 7..

    What was not mentioned in the above replies is the fact that Windows 7 x 64 bit will allow you to use ALL of your installed memory. XP x 32 bit will only recognize and use around 3.6 GB.
