Road mapping software (+ GPS)

Anyone here recommend good road mapping software to be used w/ GPS for a Mac? I hear Route 66 ain't so great - bad UI and slow when in motion. Does anyone else make software for this?

pass as far as i know only route 66 does the job unless im mistaken
