Hello,
I'm a tech for an ISP I recieved a call earlier today from a customer who is unable to send e-mail witha attachments. She is running OSX.2 and Netscape 7 for her e-mail client, she can send/recieve e-mail no problem. But when she tries to send one with an attachment she gets this error. Error occurred while sending mail the mail server responded timeout #4.4.2. Please check the messege and try again. I know 4.4.2 is a NDR code The server started to deliver the message but then the connection was broken. Does anyone have any idea how to troubleshoot this. |
