So I used to play this game on my family's old macintosh (not sure what model, I think it was either a macintosh II or macintosh LC). The game had to do with you being some kind of vampire hunter guy, you had a dog (name was Rondo I think), and you track down Dracula to his castle.

It was a point-and-click adventure type game and I absolutely loved playing it. The main character was dressed in a white suit with glasses and had the St. Bernard sidekick dog, like I said. What I remember of the game was you wandering through Dracula's castle, encountering other vampires and such. I remember that the game was fairly scary (though I was only like 6 at the time).

Well I've been looking for the title of this game for HOURS and if anyone knows anything about it, I'd super appreciate it. Thanks!

It's definitely not Castlevania. The game you're looking for is The Awesome Adventures of Victor Vector & Yondo: The Vampire's Coffin.
