I recently did Windows updates for my Microsoft products but noticed updates for hardware items on my MBP.
Would the updates be safe for the MBP hardware for WinXP use with Bootcamp?
Has anyone allowed the Windows hardware updates and it worked out better than the Bootcamp drivers?

Cheers!!!

You can always revert back to the previous driver if the new update that you downloaded doesn't work out. But generally, hardware driver updates work well as long as the correct drivers are identified and installed.

As a matter of fact, the first time I installed XP SP2 with Boot Camp (I now have Win 7 installed) I had to chase down a driver for my graphics before I could get my external monitor to display correctly at its native resolution.

Regards.
