Anyone know what the minimum hardware would be for running windows 7 on a mac??

Agreed - same as any PC, because when it is running Windows in Boot Camp, it IS a PC. I also recommend making sure you exceed the minimum specs if you want Windows to do anything but simply boot up ... If you are planning on running Windows in a virtualization program (Fusion, Parallels or VirtualBox), check those programs for their respective minimum system requirements.
