Win 7 on mac problem with earphone?

Hi Guys

I have set win 7 on my MBP.. after finish setup i have complete driver setup with original disk...on win 7,
it can hear sound good, but when i input earphone it can not hear sound...
On mac os x earphone no problem...pls helps
