Dear all,

Could somebody help?

I have a Windows virtual machine installed with Parallels Desktop 2.5. Now I've upgraded from Leopard to Snow Leopard and now I can't run Parallels any more.

Is there anything I can do, at least to recover the data that I had in the virtual machine?

Thanks a lot, xinelo

Parallels 4 or 5 is required to run under snow leopard. Once you upgrade to Parallels 4 or 5, when you first open the virtual machine it will convert the VM to a new format. Double check on the Parallels web site to see if there are specific instructions for going from 2.5 to 4 (or better yet, to 5).

I know that the process was quite painless for us going from Parallels 3 to Parallels 5 and well worth it...5 is the best yet in my opinion
