Realtek just released a new driver today for Windows Vista and 7 in both 32 and 64 bit. I tried the driver for the 64 bit Windows 7 on my Mac, and unfortunately it doesn't seem to be compatible, or just not functioning totally well with Bootcamp. I wanted to see if anyone else had the same result? No functionality with the built-in speakers, and very very quiet volume with headphones plugged in. Here is the download. Just accept, then download:
