does anybody know of anyway to record video off of a webcast.

heres my scenario

tomorrow i will be going to the dave matthews band concert for the schools on the great lawn in central park.
this show is being webcast to aol users with broadband but they havent listed all of the details so i dont know the format.
i was going to have my friend record the video so we could make it into vcds for our personal use
i know that it can be done since they recorded a concert that was webcast a few years ago onto a computer but never found out how.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
