Windows - Bootcamp partition and parallels

Hi everyone,after many years owning a windows OS and pc Ive finally converted to imac,fantastic system and new OS.I made a mistake of dividing my hard drive 50/50 for bootcamp and now find I dont need the space with parallels desktop is the any simple way to make the bootcamp partition smaller without creating an image?Also now im loading parallels does my bootcamp partition windows settings etc have to transfered to the parallels desktop?whats the easiest ways to do this?
