    SSH and VNC
    Hello...

Am I correct that a SSH connection for VNC eliminates the need for port forwarding? or am I way off base?

    Thx,
    D.

To use SSH for VNC you need to port forward through the SSH tunnel. Otherwise the traffic will not know to send the data through SSH versus sending it in the clear to the address of the VNC server.
