Windows - Parallels and Win 7 Beta

I have installed Win 7 in Virtual mode both as a Vista and Win7 experimental type. In both cases Win 7 does not see my Network card and is unable to use the number pad on my iMac standard keyboard. Anyone else seen these and found a solution?

Did you install Parallels Tools?

I've had it successfully working in Fusion and Parallels
