I don't know why I'm having so many problems with virtual machines lately!

I have Windows XP Professional running on Parallels. It's been running fine for months until today it just started running extremely slow with programs "not responding" left and right.

There is over 2G of ram available for the virtual machine and it's set to optimize for the VM, not the Mac OS, which runs fine.

Is there anything else I can do?
QUOTE Thanks

Nevermind, it seemed to have started running normally again!
