try booting while holding down the mouse button or the trackpad button. if it can boot into debian reboot into linux and eject. also, a mac technician at an apple store can remove it.

    Specs:
    Macbook(W) 2GHz, 80GB HD, 1G RAM, Windows XP
if holding down the mouse does not work. try holding down the option key at boot. it should bring you too a screen where you can choose what to boot from (os x being one). you can from there boot to mac and eject the cd the normal way.
