Problems opening Classic on OS X 10.4.11 PowerPC
I have the System Folder installed, but whenever it tries to open Classic, this error message pops up: "Classic cannot update files in 'System Folder' on 'General OS 9 Content' because the disk is read-only." I've tried changing the read-write privileges, if that would have anything to do with it, but they are already set to read & write. Anyone know what to do?

    erm, mine is set as

    System: read and write
    Admin: read and write
    Others: read and write

have you tries hitting the Apply to all enclosed button

Or run disk Utilities repair permissions
