We've all probably seen the commercial:

"Hi, I'm a Mac. Hi, I'm a PC".

The one where the PC is bloated and explain that he has to erase the trial software that was installed and Mac said that he was ready out-of-the-box.

You Mac guys may not know about this, but it seems that when PC folks install iTunes that they now get stuff that they don't even know what it is. Dot-Mac now is "Mobile Me", and if you upgrade your iTunes, perhaps to work with your iPod, you now get software that you may not want.

I believe that the iTunes 7.7 installer for Windows should at least explain what MobileMe is.

I have dot-Mac and I understand the advantages and I love it, but if Apple is trying to capitalize on its superior market-share in mp3 players by annoying PC users, I don't know if that is a such a good idea.
QUOTE Thanks
