Here are the specs to my G5 OSX 10.3.9

Hardware-wise, mine is the same. I have Tiger (OS X 10.4.11) installed on my machine, though. All you would have to do is update the OS. You can find retail versions of Tiger for sale on craigslist, eBay and other third-party reseller sites.
