I recent bought USB to PS/2 adapter to connect a windows keyboard and mouse to my g4 powermac until I can get a real keyboard and mouse after the holidays.
I have used a usb keyboard/mouse and it worked I tried the adapter in a windows machine and it worked. When I try it in the g4..nothing. The package for the adapter says it is compatible with OSX 10.2 and I am running 10.3.9 but I wouldn't think that would keep it from working or would it? As a final step I tried a different USB to PS/2 adapter last night and it worked fine. Anyone have any ideas as to why the first adapter did not work?? |
